Delivery Information

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 working days of receipt subject to stock availability.

Domestic Shipping

All UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's tracked 48 hour service as standard. If you would like to receive your order sooner you can upgrade your delivery service to Royal Mail's tracked 24 hour service for an extra cost of £1.99.

International Shipping

All international orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's international tracked service. Delivery takes approximately 5-7 days to Mainland Europe and 7-10 Days to the rest of the world.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns and will refund the cost of the item as required or offer an exchange, unfortunately we can not refund shipping charges. 

When returning an item please ensure it is packaged in a way that will avoid any damage, returned items must be in an unused condition. 

Always get proof of postage in case an item gets lost in transit.

If you wish to return an item to us then please contact us beforehand to notify us of your return and we can send you the return address.
